  1. I am following your blog now since I also have fibromyalgia. Exercise often helps (both strength-training and cardio) BUT I think there are different kinds of fibromyalgia for different reasons. Also, you might want to watch the Charlie Rose "Brain Series" show on pain (should be available online).

  2. Hi, Anonymous. You are most welcome to share in my journey. I agree about exercise, and of course do the same whenever I can talk myself into it. There are definitely different types of Fibro, and I know my version is one of the less 'typical' or common types. I do find blogging can help too. If you ever decide to try it out, let me know!
